These Terms of Service govern your use of LocalGrade, operated by La Chica de las IA's ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
LocalGrade generates automated digital presence reports for local businesses using public data from Google and AI-generated analysis from Anthropic's Claude. Reports include letter grades, written recommendations, competitor comparisons, and related content.
Grades, recommendations, opportunity scores, and outreach email drafts are generated automatically by AI based on available data and are provided for informational and marketing purposes only. They are estimates, not guarantees, professional certifications, or verified facts. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before using or sending it, including outreach emails, and for verifying any claims before relying on them commercially.
Free accounts are limited to one report per month. Paid ("Pro") accounts are billed monthly through Stripe and include additional features as described on our pricing page. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use LocalGrade to harass, defame, or send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act), to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact when using it with third parties.
Reports generated through the Service are published at a unique public URL by default. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business names and locations you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated grades, scores, or recommendations.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
